Aurasure is a platform operated by Namo Vrinde. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for purchases made through Aurasure.
By placing an order through Aurasure, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification and approval.
Aurasure reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request in accordance with this policy.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be provided in the following situations:
Order Not Delivered
If an order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to Aurasure, the merchant, or delivery partner, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product substantially different from the product ordered, you may request a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Defective Product
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, a refund or replacement may be offered after verification.
Duplicate Payment
If you are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded after confirmation.
Failed Transaction
If a payment is deducted but the order is not successfully placed, the amount may be automatically reversed by the payment provider or refunded after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability.
- Customer refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason.
- Minor variations in packaging, color, weight, or appearance.
- Products consumed, opened, or used after delivery unless defective.

- Supporting photographs where applicable

Aurasure may verify refund requests through:

6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on the payment method, refunds may be issued through:
- UPI

- Net banking
- Digital wallets
- Other authorized payment methods
Where permitted, refunds may also be issued as store credit or wallet balance.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within:
- 1–3 business days for internal processing.
- Additional time may be required by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before preparation or dispatch begins.
If an order is successfully canceled before processing, a full refund may be issued.
Once an order has been prepared, packed, shipped, or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. Fraud Prevention
Aurasure reserves the right to:
- Reject fraudulent refund requests.
- Limit excessive refund claims.
- Suspend accounts involved in misuse of refund policies.
- Request additional verification before processing refunds.

Updated versions will be published on the Aurasure website and become effective upon posting.
